Mr. Jarugula Nageswara Rao is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 34 years of experience in Project Finance,
Finance and Accounting and the ERP - SAP.
Mr. Rao’s passion for software applications has lead his professional journey into handling of ERP – SAP space.
With his vast Finance and Accounting experience, he successfully implemented ERP projects in large and complex organisations.
He managed large IT infrastructure, CSV and faced various pharma regulatory audits.
He introduced the industry best practices in the software development / implementations for Indian and International organizations.
He handled various GMP software applications in the large Pharmaceutical companies.
Rajeshwar Jewlikar

Rajeshwar, a BE in computer Science is passionate about the IT domain.
In the course of his over 26 years’ experience in the IT industry he has spearheaded the development of numerous
software solutions for clients from a variety of sectors like BFSI, Telecom, Healthcare and Utilities domain.
He specializes in software architecture and utilizes his cross-sector experiences in developing efficient solutions to
complex business problems.
At Chemiasoft, he leads our team of innovative and talented engineers and guides them to deliver their best in
class IT solutions for our customers. Prior to joining Laurus, he has worked with companies such as Accenture,
General Electric and KPIT.
Navin Kumar Kalladka

Navin Kumar Kalladka is an accomplished technology leader with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry.
He holds a BE and an MBA in IT & Systems and currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer.
With deep expertise in product architecture and management, particularly within the Pharma, Life Sciences, and Healthcare sectors,
he combines strong technical acumen with strategic business insight.
This unique balance enables him to drive innovative digital solutions and successfully manage high-stakes customer engagements.
